Mindfulness in the Park - An Urban Nature Immersion

Embark on a mindfulness journey soaking up nature in local parks. This experience is for those who enjoy being out in nature but prefer an easier path.

We will meet in the parking area and move to our starting point where we will take a few moments to acclimate to nature's energy and the energy of each other. From there we will embark on a mindfulness journey, enjoying several invitations for experiences with the option for sharing after each invitation.

What to Expect: As we wander through the park we will step off path to enjoy a grounding invitation. As we continue on we will notice so many things usually missed on a normal walk. Next offered is an invitation for a sensory experience where we will use all five senses to explore the world around us. We will pause along the water for an invitation in letting go. As we head back we will pause again with an invitation to center ourselves, connect to nature, and reflect. We will then wrap up with an invitation of sharing an infused water and a light snack to build community and ready ourselves to return to daily life. 

$30 per person

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes for walking. Bring water. Distance covered overall will be about a mile and expect the experience to last about 2 - 21/2 hours.
